MOU Foreign Worker Import

Legal foreign worker import from Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam under inter-governmental Memoranda of Understanding.

What is MOU?

Legal cross-border worker employment

MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) is an inter-governmental agreement between Thailand and source countries that defines a structured process for cross-border worker import — through this system, workers obtain proper documentation, gain protections under Thai labour law, and employers avoid prosecution risks.
